RunHUD collects minimal personal information for the following purposes:

Premium Features: Verify and manage premium subscription status
Payment Processing: Process in-app purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store
Service Provision: Provide basic and premium features of the App

2.1 Free Features

No Information Collected

When using RunHUD's basic features (BLE sensor connection, real-time data display), we do not collect any personal information. All data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to external servers.

2.2 Premium Features Purchase

When purchasing premium features, we collect only the following minimal information:

OAuth Authentication: User authentication through Google or Apple login
In-App Purchase: Premium subscription payment through Google Play Store or Apple App Store

4. Retention and Use Period

Collected personal information is retained and used for the following periods:

During Active Subscription: While subscription is maintained
After Subscription Ends: 1 year from termination date (for resubscription convenience)
Legal Retention: Payment-related information retained for 5 years as required by law
User Request: Immediate deletion upon request

5. Provision to Third Parties

RunHUD does not provide personal information to third parties in principle. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

When user has given prior consent
When required by law or legal procedures for investigation purposes

6. Destruction Procedures and Methods

Personal information is destroyed without delay when the retention period expires, the purpose of processing is achieved, the service is discontinued, or the business ends.

Electronic Files: Complete deletion using technical methods that prevent recovery and reproduction
Database: Permanent deletion from Firebase Firestore

9. Automatic Collection Devices

RunHUD does not use cookies or other automatic collection devices.

All data collected during app use is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers.

RunHUD has designated a Privacy Officer who is responsible for overall management of personal information processing and handles complaints and remedies related to personal information.

11. Children's Privacy

RunHUD does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If a child under 14 wishes to use premium features, parental consent is required.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy becomes effective from the date specified. If there are additions, deletions, or corrections to the content according to laws and policies, we will notify users at least 7 days prior to the implementation of changes through our notice.
