RunHUD values your privacy and collects only the minimum information necessary. This Privacy Policy explains how the RunHUD app (hereinafter "the App") collects, uses, and manages personal information.
RunHUD collects minimal personal information for the following purposes:
Running data stays on your device
Your running data (heart rate, pace, cadence, distance, session time) is processed on your device only and is never transmitted to external servers.
Sensor compatibility information (from November 10, 2026): When you connect a Bluetooth sensor or watch, RunHUD sends the following technical information about that connected sensor only to help us improve device compatibility. It is not linked to your account, name, or email.

When purchasing premium features, we collect only the following minimal information:

RunHUD does not use cookies or other automatic collection devices.
All data collected during app use is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers.
RunHUD has designated a Privacy Officer who is responsible for overall management of personal information processing and handles complaints and remedies related to personal information.
Data subjects can contact the Privacy Officer regarding any inquiries, complaints, or remedy requests related to personal information protection while using RunHUD services.
RunHUD does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If a child under 14 wishes to use premium features, parental consent is required.
This Privacy Policy becomes effective from the date specified. If there are additions, deletions, or corrections to the content according to laws and policies, we will notify users at least 7 days prior to the implementation of changes through our notice.
